What currencies do you accept?

We accept foreign coins and notes from virtually any country in the world — euros, dollars, dirhams, rupees, and many more. Mixed currencies are absolutely fine. The only things we can't process are UK copper coins (1p and 2p).

When and how do we get paid?

You'll receive a full itemised report and payment directly to your organisation's bank account within 4 weeks of collection. We'll keep you updated throughout.

What if we don't collect enough to fill the tub?

The tub needs to be full for collection to be cost-effective. If you're short on foreign currency, top it up with UK coins of 5p or higher. Our posters and e-flyer are designed to drive engagement and maximise what families bring in.

Is the kit really completely free?

Yes — the kit, delivery, collection logistics, exchange, and reporting are all provided at no cost to your organisation. We make our margin from the currency exchange, which is why getting a full tub matters. There are no hidden charges.

How long does a campaign typically run?

Most organisations run their campaign for 2–4 weeks, giving families enough time to dig out old holiday money. The key is sending the e-flyer as soon as your kit arrives so word gets out early.
