What a useful case study should show
- Organisation type and approximate community size.
- Campaign dates and length.
- How the campaign was promoted.
- What was collected.
- Verified financial outcome.
- What the organisation learned and would change next time.
Current published organiser feedback
The homepage currently includes a verified school-organiser review describing the campaign as easy to organise, with an attention-catching collection box, quick collection and speedy administration. That feedback is useful, but future case studies should add hard campaign context and verified results rather than relying on testimonials alone.
Forecasts are not results
The homepage includes projected impact counters and a fundraising calculator. Those tools can help set expectations, but they must stay clearly labelled as projections or estimates. Case-study figures should always represent completed campaigns.
Have a completed campaign?
If your organisation has completed a campaign, keep the final report and permission for any quote or organisation name you want published. That creates stronger evidence for future participants and for search visibility.
Frequently asked questions
Why are there not dozens of case studies here yet?
Only verified examples should be published. The library can expand as completed campaign evidence and permission are available.
Will projected calculator figures appear as case studies?
No. Forecasts and estimates should remain separate from verified completed-campaign results.
